Three short steps, mostly multiple choice. A person reads every application.

Which best describes you?

Vendor or something else?

Use your club or firm address. It’s how we confirm where you work.

How review works

Reviewed because it names people
  1. 01You applyThree short steps, mostly multiple choice: your club, your role and what you’re working on.
  2. 02A person reads itWe check your club or firm against the public record and the address you used.
  3. 03You hear back in two business daysApproved, with your access code and, for clubs, your Snapshot. Or one question. Or a no, with the reason.

We approve applications that meet all three

Who it’s for

  • Board and compensation committees
  • GMs, CEOs and COOs
  • CFOs, controllers and HR
  • Executive search firms
  • Compensation and accounting advisers

Who it isn’t for

Curiosity about one person, building contact lists, or publishing about the people named. Researching your own pay? The full named lists for your role are free with one email, and a personal pay report is planned.

What it can’t tell you

  • Filings run a year or more behind: reported history, never this year’s pay.
  • Part VII names only some staff: officers, key employees over $150K and the five highest-paid others over $100K.
  • No benefit-plan detail, member counts or dues per member.
  • Company-owned and for-profit clubs don’t file a 990.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes, during the beta. There’s no card and no account, and nothing is charged automatically. When the beta ends, directory access becomes part of a paid membership; approved members hear first, and nothing is charged without their agreement.
Isn’t this data public anyway?
Yes. It comes from clubs’ IRS Form 990 filings, and named individuals already appear on our public role and club pages. What we add is the organised record: one searchable place, history by person, and peer comparisons. That’s why we ask who’s asking.
Why a work email?
It lets us confirm the club or firm quickly. Board and committee members often use personal addresses, so they can, as long as they name the club.
How current is it?
As filed. Returns run a year or more behind, and we never estimate the gap.
Do we have to submit any data?
No. Unlike a survey, nothing is asked of your club.
My club isn’t in your index.
Apply anyway. Company-owned and new clubs don’t file a 990, so we send the market page for your state instead.
Will anyone know I applied?
No. We don’t share applications, or anything you tell us about your club’s plans or a search.
What if I’m declined?
We say why. Every public page stays open to you, and so do the full role lists with one email.
Can colleagues share my code?
No. Codes are issued per person, and we can revoke them.
